Activision Blizzard Übernahme durch Microsoft

In den letzten Monaten hat Activision Blizzard vor allem mit negativen Themen auf sich aufmerksam gemacht. Nachdem auch der CEO Robert Kotick in die Kritik geraten ist, war es ungewiss wie es diesem Unternehmen weitergeht. Anleger waren bis jetzt jedenfalls nicht sehr optimistisch. Der Aktienkurs ist seit Wochen auf Talfahrt, hat heute aber einen ordentlichen Sprung nach oben gemacht. Grund dafür ist eine besondere Ankündigung. Microsoft hat Activision Blizzard für fast 70 Milliarden Dollar übernommen. Diese Information ist noch so neu, dass wir noch keine genauen Details haben. Lediglich auf der offiziellen Xbox-Seite gibt es bereits eine Bestätigung.

Until this transaction closes, Activision Blizzard and Microsoft Gaming will continue to operate independently. Once the deal is complete, the Activision Blizzard business will report to me as CEO, Microsoft Gaming.

Upon close, we will offer as many Activision Blizzard games as we can within Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, both new titles and games from Activision Blizzard’s incredible catalog. We also announced today that Game Pass now has more than 25 million subscribers. As always, we look forward to continuing to add more value and more great games to Game Pass.

The fantastic franchises across Activision Blizzard will also accelerate our plans for Cloud Gaming, allowing more people in more places around the world to participate in the Xbox community using phones, tablets, laptops and other devices you already own. wieso ihr zugpferd das game hat blizzard entwickelt..und wenn micro dann besitzer von allem is können sie einstampfen was sie wollen schau dir doch ma andere entwickler an die spiele eingestampft haben.. mal bissle nachdenken vorher...

Die möchten Immortal auch nicht und wollen den Mobilemarkt eindämmen. Wenn man Plattform und OS Hersteller ist und einen guten Kumpel Intel hat, ist das sehr bestimmend für den Markt. MS X Box Ultra mit Intel iX DiaV...

Einen Punkt halte ich auch für sehr sehr wahrscheinlich...damit wird das Ende des PC Gamings
endgültig schneller vollzogen werden.
Ich glaube auch das man viele Titel letztlich nur noch
für die Konsole produzieren wird. Bestes Beispiel ist da ja die EA Sports Reihe z.B. mit NHL
Für mich als PC Spieler ist das, wenn es so kommen sollte dann auch das Ende von digitalen Spielen, denn ich kann mit Konsolen nichts anfangen auch weil ich mich in meinem Alter nicht mehr umgewöhnen möchte was Spielsteuerung und Hardware angeht.
Ich kann nur hoffen das der Deal noch vom Kartellamt verboten wird und es sich andere Lösungen aufzeigen werden.

ja dann wird es wohl so enden wie mit so vielen games uns studios die Microsoft übernommen hat die drecks wixxbox wird massiv bevorzugt bekommt die games früher und alle anderen müssen ein halbes jahr oder noch länger wartenwarten un wenn es dann endlich auch für zum beispiel den pc kommt wird es eine beschissene umsetzung mit beschissener steuerung.....aber hey spieler sind heutzutage ja dumme en denen muss man nur ein paar mal den scelben schwachsinn erzählen und die glauben alles ich hab da meine zweifel ob das besser wird

haha ich wär lebensfroh wenn ich nur5 mio davon aufn konto hätte.. 70 milliarden ein wahnsinn.70.000 x 1 million wahnsinn sich das vorzustellen. tja wird wo doch ungewisses ende mit d4 wies ausschaut ich sags ja kurz vor release eingestampft etc lol
